Our Refund Policy

Due to the specific personalised nature of our products we will not normally provide a refund or exchange of product once a document has been delivered. 

Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind or make a wrong decision in selecting the type of product you require.

Please contact us if you believe our products have been wrongly described or if you consider our service to be unsatisfactory. A request for a refund must be accompanied by proof of purchase and an explanation as to why the product is defective.
